Our Story
We weren't always the standard we are now. Wind the clock back a few years ago, and Seaview Business Centre didn't exist, what stood in its place was a run down gym and nightclub.
Steven Green from SG Property renovations bought the building, and transformed to site into what it is today.
10 serviced accommodation apartments, 20 offices, three shops, a gym and a 200-capacity conference room
